Tea Colors

A Chinese proverb says that it takes more than a lifetime to discover all the varieties of tea in the world.
In fact all types of tea come from the same plant: Camellia sinensis, an evergreen tree that grows both in the plain and at high altitudes in hot and humid climates.
What differentiates the tea varieties is the processing.
