Originario del Giappone, il Matcha è un tè verde molto pregiato ed è anche il più ricco di antiossidanti. Le piante crescono all’ombra e dopo la raccolta le foglie vengono macinate e trasformate in polvere in modo da potenziare l’efficacia dei suoi principi attivi. Il Matcha contiene fino a 137 volte più antiossidanti di qualsiasi altro superfood (bacche di goji, melograno, acai, broccoli).
